Shipping Information

Methods of Shipping:  FedEx Ground.  You must have a physical address, as FedEx will not ship to a PO box.

Methods of payment:  We accept these credit cards:  Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.  We also accept Paypal.  We also offer an easy eLayaway plan.          

Shipping prices:  Flat rate of $9.00 for all soy candle orders in the 48 continental United States.

Soy Orders:  Usually shipped within ten business days or sooner.  If we have a heavy workload it may take up to two weeks for shipment.  Every effort is made to process each order as quickly as possible. 

Returns: If not completely satisfied with your soy candle order, email us and we will include instructions on how and where to return your soy products and how to receive proper credit. 

Backorders:  We will refund your money or allow you to choose another soy wax candle product for that amount of purchase.

Damaged Products:  If your soy wax product was damaged during shipping, please email us.   We want to ensure that you are pleased with your order or, a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee,  if not 100% satisfied.
